其實膝蓋有一點不太舒服,不過太悶了,就決定去跑步,
為了有多一點樂趣,選擇了 interval,讓坡度有一點變化。
開始跑之後發現這樣就不能看電視了,因為坡度改變強度真的會差很多,
大概到 3km 就覺得膝蓋不太舒服,跑山的感覺果然不太一樣。
結論就是下次還是跑平的就好,每次都說要跑慢一點,跑長一點,什麼時候做到了?
