距離上一次跑步又隔了 1 個禮拜,也就是說距離比賽只剩下 3 週。
之前覺得一開始就跑太快了,這次跑慢一點,結果反而太慢。
用固定的速到跑一跑,還是按捺不住,加到一個只能剛好撐完 1km 的速度,
接下來就慢慢減速,到了 6km 之後,接下來還有事,就提早收工。
跑完的感覺還可以,應該是有機會把距離再拉長一點。
