在週末下午出門之前,好不容易逮到一個空檔可以運動。
最近其實已經沒什麼實力或是目標,就是很隨性的踩,主要是維持。
原本當然是覺得時間拉越長越好,不過到了接近 1 個小時還是會 decay 的。
