過了夏至之後,開始了每天都躲不掉的午後雷陣雨,
所以要運動只剩下早上的時間可以了,不過我還是睡太晚。

時間比上禮拜六早了 2 個小時,沒有上一次那麼熱,顯示的溫度則是差不多。
但是其實跑起來的無力感是很接近的,最大的差異在於去程的時候沒有那麼痛苦,
回來都一樣處於一個差不多爆掉的狀態,沒吃早餐也許是除了溫度之外另外一個可能的原因。

也許肌肉的疲勞開始漫延了,不要操之過急。
